How do you store and protect the information you hold about me?

We store your Personal Information in any combination of data storage facilities, cloud computing facilities and/or paper-based files which may be operated or held by us or by third party service providers under a contractual agreement.

We take all reasonable endeavours to maintain the security of your Personal Information from unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.

We will also securely destroy or de-identify Personal Information held by us that is no longer needed for any purpose. Should you wish for your Personal Information to be deleted after a specific time frame (so long as we are able to complete the task required within that time frame), we can do our best to accommodate such a request.

Whilst we take every reasonable precaution to ensure your Personal Information is collected, stored and used in a secure manner, we note that there are inherent risks with transmitting Personal Information particularly in a digital environment.

Authorised Third Parties

Honestally uses a limited number of hand-picked and trusted vendors (sub-processors) to access and store Personal Information. Each of these providers has been vetted to ensure they meet the highest international standards of transparency, security and stewardship when it comes to protecting your data.

The storage of Personal Information through these providers is subject to the Privacy Policies of these entities.
